1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments will be processed in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly and we will be happy to assist you. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription any time by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery. 5. Delivery: Delivery is complementary for subscription orders. We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule and your noted delivery preferences. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. Your happiness is our priority, contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your delivery and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
